A bit about me, (in case we haven’t met)
I’ve been a health and wellness coach with WW for 19 years and have helped hundreds of people lose weight and keep it off. I know the power of habits to change our physical, mental and emotional health.
I wanted to provide more support for my clients so I completed a Bachelors degree in Health Promotion and Education and certified as a fitness trainer and life coach. As a result, in addition to my WW career, I’ve had a thriving private coaching practice for the last 5 years.
My life has transformed with the simple practice of a daily check-in to live my best life and I’m excited to share what I’ve learned every day with women just like you.
Honestly, I never thought I would age but here I am getting ready to attend my 50th high school reunion! I’ve decided I will live well until I die. Adding years to life is inevitable but we do not have to act old!!

What are the dates for the quarter?
Q3 2025 is June 30-Sept 28. The journal set up videos will begin on June 23rd.

How do I access the daily videos?
You’ll download the Marco Polo app from the app store or google play. The free version is all you need to view the coaching videos. Just X out of the paid option. After your subscription payment is complete, you’ll receive an email with the link to a private sharecast on the Marco Polo app. I record the videos daily, just tap on the tile at the bottom of the sharecast and watch at your convenience.
How do I begin?
The most important step is to set aside the first 15 minutes of your day for your check-in. Making this a habit is critical. Find a quiet space where you can watch the daily video and work in your journal. I’ll walk you through the process every day. I encourage you to start where you are and build with small steps. You’ll be amazed what you can accomplish with consistent effort over time.
Can I contact you Lanette?
the sharecast provides the option of sending a private 30 second video message to me - I will respond within 24 hours. Feel free to ask any questions with that feature.
Do I resubscribe every quarter?
Yes, I find this method provides an opportunity to recommit yourself to the process of change. No long term commitment or auto-deductions.
